What kind of a chair do you sit on all day !?
Is it comfortable ?
Good for your posture ?
Does anyone have one of those kneeling stool-chairs that you wrap your legs under and sit upright with no back rest !?

Just a basic high backed office chair for me, but I have one of those add-on back cushions to make me sit up straighter (otherwise by 5.00pm I'm folded over like Mrs Overall).

I tried one of the orthopaedic kneeling chair things and ended up standing up all day instead - I just couldn't get on with it, but I think I slouch way too much. Maybe I didn't give it a chance though...

At the moment I have a bog standard Office World special. I used to have a Herman Miller Aeron, which was ace. No good in a confined space though, they were pretty enormous.

I have the misfortune to sit in the Pain-master Deluxe made by crippleyou industries. I use a series of cushions to bolster lower back support and to improve posture.
Oh God how I wish I had my good old Cab chair with its orthapedic bits and bobs and not a agony inducing lump of evil which will make my spine resemble a DNA strand.

Not comfy then, Swan_Vesta? Maybe standing up is the new sitting down.
