Would you love it or hate it?

In other words would you want the Beckham's life, as they have this everyday of their lives. And they have all the nice things that everyone wants.

No absolutely not.
My anonymity, and freedom to go about my business without anyone being interested in me is one of the most prized possesions.

I have lots of friends who grew up in small towns and have come to live in sheffield because they wanted to get away from the insular nature of their home town.

David beckam hasn't got a single thing that I would want. Every time I hear him speaking on the radio, I think who is this stupid sounding character?

are you kidding i would love it going to all them wild parties mixing with the rich and famous all the women [you would have to stay single] all the best stuff differant cars for every day sounds good to me

I doubt that that is the way they really live their life. I'd rather have real mates and a real life and not be all lonely rattling about in a large mansion with loads of security, unable to pop into the local / town for a drink, without being pestered all the time, that would be my idea of hell. No amount of money would compensate for that.

I'd hate people to follow me, report on my private life, exploit me for profit and potentially be stalked etc. So I don't get invited to glitzy parties, get to walk up red carpets or mix with celebrities - but you know what? I'm happy being me.

When can I start?

i wouldnt want a major celebrity lifestyle like the beckhams,but i wouldnt mind a minor celeb life,enough money to keep me going,a comfy house,not big,1 nice car,no security,and only alittle hassle,that would suit me fine

Since there's no struggle for money and worries over pensions and mortgages... I think I could cope rather nicely.
There are ways and means of reducing your image in the public eye but if it means financial worries are never issue - I'm game :)
