I am not a journalist, but may I humbly suggest that your 'headline' (i.e. the Subject) actually bears some relation to the content of your writing (i.e. the message) . I don't think "On a similar note to the toffeeman..." will mean a fat lot to most people. :lol:

Maybe try something like "News stories requested for Totley Area" . Hey, you're the journalist - you think up something!

Well, the things I know of....

- Bus terminus is to be relocated
- New landlord at the Fleur de Lys
- Live music at the Cross Scythes
- Cricket Inn continues to gain recognition for both it's food and real ale.

You may find other stuff that's of interest to local residents at www.totley.org.uk

Theres a few attempted burglaries in Bradway/Totley you should perhaps highlight! Somehting to do with neighbourhood watch to alert people would make good reading.

lol never even noticed! wel I haven't read any ground breaking news in any of the Totley publications for the last 5 years so guess he changed careers!
