I went to see Blade Runner at the showroom last night and inspired by Rutger Hauer's fabulous and slightly unhinged performance as Ray would like to know who's the daddy in the bad guy stakes?

After consideration, I'm going for Norman 'Stan' Stansfield as played by Gary Oldman in Leon.

Over to you!

I'd have to go for a few:

Emperor Palpatine - Star Wars

Hannibal - Silence of the Lambs

Rev. Harry Powell - Night of the Hunter

Mr Pink-Reservoir Dogs.

Mr Pink-Reservoir Dogs.

Are you sure?

I'm thinking you mean Mr Blonde as played by Michael Madsen.

Mr Pink was played by Steve Buscemi.

Yep soz that's the one.

No worries.

I do agree though. Once you watch Blonde torturing the cop, Stuck In The Middle With You will never sound the same again.

the bad guy from No Country for Old Men should be on the list

Definitely! Was going to mention him, he's seriously twisted!

What about Richard in Dead Man's Shoes. Perhaps not classed as a 'bad guy' but extremely frightening nonetheless. Plus Morrell in Room for Romeo Brass, Paddy Considine can do scarey very very well.

Jean Paul Levesque - aka Triple H in WWE.

And yes I am fully aware all wrestling is fake before anyone starts.

Optimus Prime. He's a knobhead.

Or Hitler. He was pretty bad too.

Um, Optimus Prime was the leader of the GOODIES in Transformers, the bad guy was Megatron! :D

Oh and the word knobhead isn't "family friendly", don't be surprised if you get pulled up for that off the Mods.

Well, I think he's bad. Don't trust him.

You're right not to trust him. When I was 12, he kicked me in the knackers and nicked my packet of fruit salad chews.

Oh, he's all about saving humanity in public, but its a different story when he's off his gord on White Lightning in Foxhill Park

*EDIT*

Just realised that was actually Kevin Ellis who did that, not Optimus Prime - sorry for the confusion.

He was very quick to want to destroy that cube thing, I think he wanted the power for himself to rule the universe - Mwahahahahah

Are you reading all this Rich?

And it's Megatron who's the bad one is it?

What did Megatron ever do?

He was frozen most of the time from what I can tell.

No. The powers that be in the WWE treat all their rugged heroes to a full pedicure before each match.

And when he was thawed out, he was a bit grumpy. Well, I can put my hand up and say I'd be guilty of that too.

Exactly, and who hasn't squashed the odd human out of sheer boredom ?

I hear Optimus Grime ran over an old washer woman in Hungary during a long haul trip.

Manslaughter he said. Murder I say.

He reversed over my cat last week.

Evil - it's the only word.

Evil - it's the only word.

He only does about 7 miles to the gallon as well. The kids who loved him so much in the 80s are desperately choking on his fumes now, seeking a solution to the environmental havoc he helped to wreak.

The fuel that would have to be used to send a robot like that into space makes me dizzy.

To be fair to Megatron though, his bessy mate was a Walkman - not an MP3 player mind you, not even a CD player - an honest to goodness walkman. There's no wonder he's ****** off all the time, all he has to listen to are tapes of Kajagoogoo or the Thompson Twins.

Just look at poor Johnny 5 - his life's been made a living hell since the revelations about his 'personal' life came out...

I'm hoping that the release of Ironman this year will help stable the reputation of the robot community. It's sickening how they're persecuted against.

There's no such thing as a dangerous robot. I blame the owners.

I'm fairly sure him and R2D2 were just friends, the media turned it into something sleezy and cheap.

I'm not too sure - photo's like this dont help matters

Here's Johnny (http://www.buddytv.com/usrimages/usr83/83_johnny5.jpg)

Far be it for me to tattle, but I'm reasonable sure he has Robot friends who dress as Indians, Highway patrol men, Bikers, construction workers and soldiers...

There was a conspiracy to try and make him out to be a baddy in the recent film
