Is it still free some days for CAMRA members?

I don't know, I'm not a member but I am sure there are deals for members.

I'm going Thursday night: http://www.realale-oakwoodtc.org/

Wednesday 13th and Thursday 14th

6:00pm to 11:00pm

The first two evenings of the festival are reserved for our sponsors and their guests, and CAMRA members.

Friday 15th

6:00pm to 11:00pm

Friday evening is the most popular session, so be sure to buy your ticket in advance.

Saturday 16th

12:00 noon to 11:00pm

The bars will close for an hour at five o'clock. Soft drinks and food will be available during this break.

Tickets

Tickets for the public sessions (Friday and Saturday) are available in advance from December 2007, priced £6-00 (same as last year).

A festival ticket includes entry into the festival, plus a souvenir festival glass to fill up with the beers of your choice.

If you don't get a ticket before the festival, the on-the-door price is £9-00. We cannot guarantee admission without a ticket as the festival often fills to capacity, especially on Friday evening.

Tickets are available from these outlets in our region, and from Rotherham CAMRA.

ASDA, Dalton

Morrisons, Parkgate and Bramley

Tourist Office and Library, Rotherham town centre

Do we really need to encourage binge drinking?

To me, if things like this must go ahead then why not have soft drinks instead of ones with alcohol in them?

Good Idea!

The Oakwood Soft Drinks Festival!

People would travel from all over England for that!
