I'm really suffering today, my back is agony. phoned the MW she's going to see me tomorrow. She said it sounds like crutches and physio  how can I push a buggy, go to college and use crutches at the same time?

awwww. i really feel for you. i'm 36 weeks and my baby is back to back so i'm constantly in pain too! hopefully he'll turn soon but think he's going to be an awkward little boy. at least your getting some help though, the exercises they give you are a big big help so i've heard. only advice i got is to spend lots of time on all fours but even so it probably won't make a difference - great!

I went to see the Physio a couple of weeks ago I was officially diagnosed with Sciatia and SPD and was given a pair of crutches, a support for my tummy and a belt. The crutches are a pain in the bum but the support belt they have given me has been a godsend :)

By the sounds of it they may think you have spd so ask if you can have a support belt to go around your hips.
