I scolded my mouth with hot tea from a flask on a day out on Saturday and although my mouth was,nt to bad up to Tuesday the last couple of days its been killing me.
My right side has blistered uo on the roof of my mouth and it feels like constant toothache.
It feels worsse at night and it makes me feel lathargic in the day due to the pain.
I can drink cold drinks but hot drinks and food is a no- no, even cold food hurts.
Anyone got any tips to kill the pain before i finish up killing someone.
Ouch it really does hurt and i,m cycling to Wales on Friday 19 Sept and feel the furthest i get will be Wales bar if this keeps up.

If you can why not pop into a chemist before you set off. The one on Burngreave road by Pitsmoor Surgery has an excellent dispensing pharmacist who can prescribe for minor ailments. I went there last year and he really was helpful.

Get some bonjela as the mild local anaesthetic will numb it for a bit until you swallow it all cos it tastes too damn nice.

I have also been advised to take diluted TCP which i will go and buy and take along with me.
