Can anyone recommend a accountant and solicitor.

I'm going to register the company as a LTD. I have never started a business and I work full time, so this will be a second income.

Any help would be appreciated

Contact SENTA (Google them, they will tell you all you need to know)

Don't be in a rush to register a LTD company. You can act as a sole trader. You must inform Inland Revenue within 3 months of starting the business for tax purposes etc.

Being a LTD company only really has significance once you are turning over so much. You may be advised to act as a sole trader first and then form a LTD company.

We are a small business and use Hart Shaw accountants. They are not the cheapest but they offer a good service and they made our startup and registering of a ltd company very easy.
