im trying to do some small advertising pieces for my beauty salon i after some designs to put on relating to beauty, any ideas ?

I'd suggest using something like "Microsoft Publisher", it's pretty easy to use once you've got the basics - you can access loads of free microsoft clip art online and you can make borders, bullet points, either that or use something like Photoshop. I am pretty good with the software side of things but just a bit rubbish at design....it must be a man thing ;)

Make sure you use ones which are Creative Commons GPL for free use, or message the creator and ask.
