HELP! Me (British/ex-sheffielder) and friend (ghanaian/euro)need 3/4 bedroomed house in south sheff. (centre,Heeley, Sharrow,round abbeydale road area) We have schoolage kids (3) and need house for possibly 6 - 12 months.
Have work lined up and respective partners will be joining us later. We are hoping for un/semi furnished, with a rent under 400, and planning to move in june/july.
I will be coming to sheffield in May. All advice/suggestions/offers welcome!

i have to say that i think you will struggle to find a 3/4 bed place for under 400 quid
you are looking at about 500/ 600 at least, i think.

Have you looked on the site here about what's on offer? you might find something on the accomodation offered section?
it's worth a try. (you need to look at the deopiosit too. =most landlords ask at least a month's rent in advance)

Thanks for yours, yes have been looking in the availables, and its rather discouraging, but we hope something will turn up - it
doesnt have to be a palace..! Prices are very similar in Holland.
