Does anybody know what Bramwell Court is like in Netherthorpe and whether the area is OK?

Years ago the area was dodgy but since they pulled down some of the high rise, sorted some difficult council tenants and built the new little estate - Bramwell Gardens - which includes Bramwell Court, everything seems pretty ok there.

I own 2 houses on the estate, one for 5 years and 1 for over 2 years and my tenants have not had any bother at all. The houses let very well, usually by word of mouth which must be a good recommendation.

The flats are quite nice especially the top ones which also have a mezzanine floor. The only drawback that I know of is the bedrooms are small. There is a small double and very small single.

I have noticed vast differences in the rentals asked. I would suggest not to pay more than £475 - £495. I have seen one at £650 which is ridiculous. I have also seen one lately selling for 120k. Again, ridiculous. That same one was up for sale about 18 months ago and I am sure they were asking around 90k and it didn't sell quickly.
