hi, my son has just bought a bluetooth dongle , he has the disk and we have instaled it but it wont work . i have been told the driver wont work as the computer is running vista. is this correct and if so what do we need to do. thanks

hasn't Vista got inbuilt drivers and software like XP dose ?

I'd get on your Microsoft update tool and see if that's pulls in a driver. All i do with XP is right click on the item,select send to...,and choose bluetooth and then it goes to my phone. i didn't install any software as it uses Microsoft own.

hi did you check that the bluetoth doggle was compatable with vista if not you have to go on appliance website and download drivers

dont put disk that came with doggle let vista use its own drivers it worked for me

I dont install any drivers,vista has them for mine.
