Ive been interested in car sharing for sometime now but can't find anyone with similar journey and timings to me.

Ive come across www.liftshare.org (http://www.liftshare.org) who have FREE registration and can instantly look up similar journeys. :thumbsup:

The statistics state that 3 out of every 4 cars in rush hour traffic has 1 person in it.

Would anyone be interested in using a car share scheme, and if you wouldn't what is putting you off?

I'd be interested in offering lifts its just that I am so constrained workwise and have to change my plans from hour to hour it just simply isnt possible

I'd do carpooling (as it's called) only with neighbours or colleagues, not by registering on a webby with total strangers !

Carpool is the way forward and where I used to live cars with more than one passenger didn't pay toll: good stuff !
