Hi,

Could anyone recommend a decent/reliable place for a relative of mine to take his Peugeot 306 for its M.O.T in the areas of Richmond/Handsworth.

Any recommendations will be welcome.

City Motors are the main Peugeot dealers in that area.

Just up from the big Asda supermarket on the right hand side.

Not sure if they do MOT work though.

Other than that on the same road further down on the left hand side is A57 Garage if the're still in business, from memory they carryout MOT service work.

Both should be in the telephone book.

Not really Handsworth but worthy of a mention IMO. DOT MOT (Department of Transport MOT) on Olive Grove Road, are impartialled. They don't do any work on the vehicles, so there's nothing to be gained by them "inventing" repairs.

I've always done ok there, and would recommend it.

N R Bates on Richmond road is good. My Dad used to take his car there and I'll be taking mine when it comes to MOT time!
