Hi there friends,

One of my yoga students advised me that some of you turned up to St Peter's Community Hall last night to do some yoga with me.

I am so sorry :( that I did not post a reply on Sheffield Forum advising you that last nights class (Monday 4 February) was cancelled. It is very rare that I cancel a class and last night happened to be one of those occassions where due to a prior engagement I could not run the class.

But the good news is that as of Monday 11th February Yoga Nature is back running as normal and having looked at my diary there should be a class every Monday up until the Easter Holidays. :D

I have also learnt to keep you all informed of any other changes to classes through this forum.

I hope to see you next Monday.
