I'm doing a small survey to found out how popular chocolate is.
someone is trying to open a 'chocolate cafe' that sells all the different flavours of choc drinks available, along with sweets, sundae's and milkshakes.
Just wondered whether or not you thought (like me) that this is a stupid idea?

Didn't there used to be one of these in Meadowhell, on the bottom floor at the Debenhams end?

Why do you think it's a stupid idea 5star?

I used to live in a town with two choclate cafe's - one cadbury's and one independent and they were both always packed. They served a small range of tea and coffee too, and sold fantastic handmade choclates and cakes.... mmmmm.... drooling at the thought...

Are you talking about Bath? I am originally from Bristol and they have a Cadbury's Cafe in Bath which is heavenly!

Oh dear, I want chocolate now.

I think it's a great idea... I've wanted to visit Cadbury world in Bournville for ages.

Wonder if we could organise an SF meet there some time later in the year?

Mmm, sounds great.

Will it just be sweet chocolate recipes, or will there be savoury stuff like Mexican chilli with mole sauce?

Once got approached by a 'market research' woman on Norfolk Row in town.......
"do you eat chocolate" she asked ...

"does a one legged duck swim in circles" i said...

took me ito one of the buildings, where i was blindfolded and asked to guess what popular chocolate bar's i was eating....

and scored a healthy 11 out of 12

lol

lot's of free voucher's soon started arriving through the post !

I'm sorry but i think it sounds really sickly, but then again im not a fan of chocolate. don't cafes already sell stuff like that, or you could just buy Options which come in loads of flavours and is cheaper?

No really. It's a friend of mine who's thinking about it. I already have a business on chesterfield road doing sports injuries (with beauty salon attached), but I just didn't think it would be in his best interest to pursue it. Though it seems i was wrong after reading the replies I got from that first comment. :)
