View Full Version : True Crime on the Tele
crimebug 23-02-2005, 15:26 Greetings,
As a fan of true crime television shows, I was wondering if anyone else shared my obsession. Recently, CourtTV has been upping the ante on their tv schedule and had some really quality shows.
Dominick Dunne's Power Privilege and Justice is an excellent example of this, has anyone seen it?
This week the case is about a Doctor whose wife turned up missing in the states, well the show explains how this doctor was discovered to be the murderer! You'll catch me infront of the Tele at 10pm wednesday to see this.
replies?

Dominick Dunne only goes after the high proflie cases ,more so since his own daughter was murdered by her boyfriend a few years ago, people like to read about the rich and famous crimes, although he's getting sued now , long story!

i got to admit myself, i am kind of a fan of the whole serial killer thing and how it all unravels, and the weird stuff they do, true crime is a lil scary at times, the american shows are great!!

Too late for me. :P
I'm fascinated by true crime - sometimes get thsoe magazines too.
I love to keep updated with the latest happenings on the JonBenet Ramsey Case, there's not much about it over here - occasionally there's a few documentaries. Normally I have to rely on my American friends to keep me updated.

I believe there was more proof that the parents had nothing to do with it.... but I still don't know. It must be hard for them but at the same time, there is something shady about them.....
