Could anyone recommend a company that replaces JUST the double glazed window unit not the frame.

If you are doing the work yourself, you can get the glass unit from:

You will need to know dimensions, thickness of the glass, total thickness of unit, safety glass? K-Glass?

You should also be aware of the need for external window replacement to be certified under the lastest building regulations. (see here (http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?postid=306928#post306928) )

As far as I know, most DG companies would be able to replace just the glazed unit and not the frame... they have to do it if the unit has broken down (like if there is condensation in it). Maybe they are reluctant to do it because it risks damaging the unit... and presumably they aren't going to make as much money on it, of course!
