Breakdown insurance,for my mobility scooter

hi,all,could anyone recommend a good company,to insure my mobility scooter ,against theft and recovery back to my home address,,i am new to being dissabled,,and very green,,it is only a pavement 4mph scooter,

A friend of mine is insured, specifically for his scoota by a company called Fishfor(?) or (?) goldfish?
