There is nothing to say that tying someone up is about sadism. It can be a very sensual experience, especially when it is with someone that you love, and you know each others boundaries, and what they find pleasurable!

Nope, I meant it exactly the way it sounded, but if you don't know the relationship between two people on here then maybe you shouldn't comment on how pathetic people are. Not everyone is flaming or trying to insult people.

They will, but thats because men are supposed to just stand there and let women attack them, we are all taught from day 1 that hitting a woman is a no-no, even in self defence.

My point exactly...It's only a film scene, but I still wince when the guy gets kicked in the groin over and over in Mallrats...If that had been a guy striking a woman the scene would never have made it into the movie.

Self defence would actually cover you hitting someone first if you believed they were about to assault you, although I don't think that's what you were getting at.

It's very wrong on both accounts but ... Very little is spoken about the male as a victim of domestic abuse - In nearly one third of all cases it's the fella that's the victim; http://extranet6.kent.gov.uk/kcc/ss/Dom_Violence/male_victims.aspx

and that's just the ones that report it, i would guess that men are much more likely to not report being the victim
