I was going along Endcliffe Vale Rd at about 9:00am this morning and there was a transit type van with high vis markings on the back doors. Thought it was a police van at first but driving past I noticed a company name on the van "Paul xxxxxx contractors" ( I can't remember the surname). The strange thing was that the van had a 20 ft pole sticking out of the roof of the van with a light (or maybe a camera) on top of the pole. Very conspicuous it was.
Any idea's ????????

Sounds like the type of thing I saw in Scotland a few weeks ago, but that deffo had a camera watching the traffic on top of it's pole.
