Anyone know of women's football going on? Not very good so was thinking about 'kick-around' more than serious play.

I tried asking this weeks ago and didnt get much response
appretny theres loads of womens footie going on in sheff, but its hard to find, for soem reason

well give the local county FA a call, not sure of the number of hand, just google it,

and enquire about where a local team is...

i know there are teams, as i'm a manager of a girls football team myself

There a quite a few teams in S.yorks. Steel City Wanderers are a decent local family type club who have a 1st team, reserves and junior teams from U10 to U16's. This is the link to their website:

Look under contacts and ring the chairman or secretary and they will invite you up to a training session. My daughter played for the reserves up until Xmas
