:sad:Oh no! You will just have to rest it, and take the time to think of all the things you are going to knit once it is better

Sorry to hear you're having problems with your arm. There's nothing worse than not being able to do something that you really want to do. Make sure you rest it so it gets better :-)

I feel for you ourjs- the reason why I can't knit any more is because my right arm has stopped most of its working permanently.

Have you ever thought about crochet? As long as you can find somewhere to get your hook propped you can do that mostly one handed- I can manage it with my gammy arm.

Get better soon, it's really frustrating when your wanting to get on with things but can't, I know :)

Get addicted to youtube videos instead... :suspect:

Time to read some (knitting) books or some (knitting) magazines. If rest is what it needs then there are no shortcuts - tell yourself that you didn't want to knit this week anyway.

I used to crochet years ago may give it a go again, I could always stick hook in dogs mouth as he insists on being within 6 inches of me :hihi:
