I inadvertantly left the family's gold fish in it's tank at the house that I have just moved out of (rented). I have contacted the agent to request that he assist in the retrieval of the fish but he is refusing to do so. I have emailed the owners of the property who live in London and asked them to have a word with the agent.

My neighbour suggested that I contact the RSPCA so I did. They have said that unless he co-operates they are going to have get the police to break in to save the fish.

What do you think, please reply with a  if you agree that the fish should be saved.

Thanks

Thanks to the good work by the RSPCA they negotiated with the landlord (following the threat of the police breaking entry to the property, the agent refused to co-operate even with them) the fish was released to the neighbours and arrived home safely earlier today. Our move is over and the family is complete.

Thanks for your support SF contributors.:)

P.S. The landlady intends to bill me for her return trip to Sheffield because her agent wouldn't release the fish.
