I have had to reformat my HD and reinstall XP.
My keyboard now has @ instead of " and vice versa.
How an I change this?
Instead of scrolling smoothly (either with the mouse wheel or the side bar) the page jumps, a wave passes up or down the page.
How can I get back to smooth scroll?

ur scrolling problem is a driver issue, download and install the drivers for ur graphics card

the @ instead of " is because it's defaulted to a US keyboard layout instead of UK

i can't remember how to alter it in win XP... google it

control panel > regional and language options, click "languages" at the top, then click the "Details" button, you should be able to figure out from there.

I did a google search and found that if you press the left hand alt and shift keys together the keyboard changes from us to uk and vice versa.
SF to the rescue once again.
