it varies - follow the defrosting instructions or the 'cook from frozen' instructions on the packet ;)

dont think there are any...or least any which pertain to defrosting with the micro. cheers tho...

I assume you bought it fresh then. I don't know what power Microwave you have but on a 850w one I'd put it on half power & take it a minute at a time so's not to end up cooking rather than defrosting it. Failing that bung it on full power & nuke it until the ends curl :P

As as long as it's piping hot in the middle it shouldn't make you poorly ...

I'd be really careful, especially if there is any raw meat in the meal.
