Hi,

My name is Kate and I'm a freelance journalist, based in Yorkshire. I write 'real life' stories for women's magazines and the national newspapers. The agency I'm working for is currently trying to make us all more pro-active journalists and is encouraging us to find stories in unusual places. I'm also looking for ideas for new stories all the time so all suggestions are welcome.

I'm looking for ANYONE who has a story to tell; what ever your story is, how ever big or small, I would like to hear it.

I'd love to hear from you if:

- You are or know someone with a strange or quirky collection or obsession.
- You've been through a life changing experience.
- You've got a romantic story.
- Something strange or quirky has happened to you.
- You've overcome a challenge.
- You think there's something special about you or your family.

You may not think that your story is news worthy but send me a private message and I'll call you to find out what potential it has. There is a good chance that your story could earn you cash. Please contact me and I'll give you a full and no obligation explanation about how it works.

I look forward to hearing from you soon,

Kate

I could write a book on my life story!

Sadly, I hate being photographed!

Hello

Well done on being a journalist :)
Its a tough job to break into

You must be a good sort to have made it

Congratulations

Sorry, but would you mind answering one question for us?

If you are such a good journalist (my assumption not yours) then why do you have to post on internet boards offering cash for stories rather than getting on your bike and using your journalistic curiosity?

Only asking like
