Probably a silly question, but what is the best type of shed to buy?

There seems to be two options, in terms of the types of wooden sheds on offer - ShipLap or Overlap.

Whar's the difference? What's the best?

I am looking at storing gardening materials and possibly having enough room for a workshop/potting area.

Basically, I just want to know whether to go for Ship or Over and what's the difference between the two.
