hi folks
bought the kids one of those poker packs from argos on sat and they are well chuffed with the game, however a query arose as to the betting
now i understand the concept of blinds and that to continue, the following bods have to match the blind and or raises, the query was the dealer, if they raise should the next player have to match this? and if the 3 cards are dealt can the dealer raise again on the new info afore the round goes on?
on the last round can the dealer raise the bet and make the remaining people match it or fail? because if not i cannot see any reason for the dealer to do nothing but match what has gone before and cannot really take part in the game as a true gambler
sorry if these questions sound a bit simplistic but my main interest in card games is the non betting kind crib etc, which i know you CAN bet on but they tend to be simpler than poker!
the reason we got the set was from watching the late night poker on sat
