Hi, has anyone stayed at any of the Hilton Hotels in the UK. I'm trying to do an assignment on them and I need to know if they do any type of quality control - do they give out customer surveys etc. Thanks alot, I am waiting for an email from them at the moment.

As far as I remember, there are comment cards in all the rooms

This website is also fairly useful for hotel reviews

Use them frequently - 6-8 times a year. Pretty sure that they have a comments card in each room, unaware of anything else by way of customer service that they offer that separates them from the competition.

They do have comment cards in the rooms....I have worked for the Hilton Hotel previouslly......and they do monitor customer comments.....they should also have a concierge, who deals with customers daily...having been one myself i can tell you anything you need to know.
They also have mystery guests stay once in a while - usually they are staff from another hilton hotel, (but they get round this by ringing in advance and informing them of the names of the people staying so they get upgraded!!!, i have used this trick many a time to get a better room)
