Hi, I have bought a domain name but see my details are on the database, I want to remove them, How would I do this please?

I dont think you can with a .com address

You can choose opt out with a .co.uk address

I have already bought it so cannot 'opt out'. It is a co.uk addy.

You can opt-out (of .uk domains as said above) so long as its a personal domain (not attached to a business). See here:
