I am relatively new to Sheffield, well i've been here 9 months but haven't needed to go to a garage yet. My car needs an MOT pretty soon, where's best to take it-i.e. reasonable, non rip-off merchants?! Thanks

Try Snuff Mill garage, behind Tesco on Ecclesall Road. Have used them for years.

best bet would be to take your car to a place that just does M.O.T s just look in yellow pages

from a recommendation on here, i took both cars to DOT mot, olive grove road. Iwas very pleased with the garage. ie they passed them both!!

does anyone know anything about the MOT center opposite milanos? my car needs MOT'ing in the next few days and im considering taking it there because its close to my house so i can walk home if they plan on keeping my car for a few hours.

The MOT centre on broadfield road, they do my cars and bikes.
