Hi all,
The Out & About scheme at Sheffield Mencap has a number of day trips and social evenings coming up. Anyone wanting to come along and have fun (for free!), while learning a bit about learning disability would be warmly welcomed.
The Out & About scheme helps people with a mild learning disability to get 'out & about' (geddit?) in Sheffield. Getting involved is fun and easy, and you don't have to have any experience. How often you help out, and what you get involved in is entirely up to you.
This is a great way of having a good time while meeting new people, making new friends, and making a difference to someone with a learning disability. Get involved!!
