Pullis from Stoke

Why would pullis want to leave stoke when he is in the position he's in?

Bigger team, more money, more funds available.

but no chance of getting to the premiership this year- something that he could do with stoke. If i was a manager id stay.

Money talks I'm afraid. The foundations are there for the Blades to be an established premiership club too.

You only have to look at certain managers who see potential in teams and join them.... Paul Jewell for one.

I agree to a point but stoke arn't skint are they? they have a new stadium with an Ok'ish support base and a good generous chairman (4+ million spent this week) - certainly not THAT much less than the blades and they have good strong squad who's playing well and are right in the mix for promotion. he wouldn't leave.

I'm not saying he would leave, but if we were to decide to go for him then I don't it is as clear cut to say he wouldn't want to join us. As said, money talks, and if someone is offering to double/triple your wage you seriously think about that.

ROBSON OUT !!! !!!

Adams isn't really all that proven, he did well with BHA, and a good season with Leicester where they got promoted, but subsequently got relegated again the season after, He was crap with Coventry, and doing nothing now

Neil Warnock.....

Realistically though, I'd like Chris Coleman. Allardyce isn't going to come to us.

After sat's performance i think enough is enough.
What about Garcia at Swansea? he is one for the future in my opinion.
If it is to be a manager that plied his trade in the prem before then for me it would be Coleman.

Coleman could do a good job, then again Shearer wants some experience so if Newcastle don't want him then maybe he could be worth a punt.

Personally i'd love to see Brian Laws come to the lane. He knows how to plan and organise and bring the youths through as well as having real passion for the job.

theres more chance off lord lucan riding across bramall lane on shergar than him laws coming to us . all that he's done at hillsborough is beat us, scunthorpe didnt suffer for loseing him and look who took his job. beating us this season is no great feat.

I'll take the job. I'm convinced I'd do a better job than Robson, and I'm better qualified too... I've taught PE in schools. ;)

I wouldn't be too disappointed in Chris Coleman, at least he looks as though he has some fight in him unlike Robson.
