someone told me the angel at eckington were doing a sunday lunch carvery so we decided to try it .
there's new owners in there now andy and wife claire , immediately as we walked in we were given a lovely welcome and shown to a table . we got our lunch from the carvery beef, turkey or pork.
we both had beef which was great the veg was good and the yorkshire pudding was real not the fake ones , all in all a top meal .
they also do vegetarian options ,i highly recommend people try it now before people get to know about it and it gets booked up.

Might give this a try next weekend. What time do they do the lunch, do you have to book and how much is it?

they serve food 12 till 4 , carvery £5.95.
