I have to say, that although I would probably end up forking out a load, it does seem the only fair way to do it, and I fully expect all access charging to go this way.

Back when I was on 56k I used to dream of being charged bythe byte rather than by the minute.

And that means that the heavy users pay more than the light users, the spammers get humungous bills, and unecessary clutter and junk will become less plentiful.

All good IMO apart from the increase in cost that someone like me will inevitably experience.

Sounds fair to me. And that's all I have to say on the matter.

Same here, at first it seems harsh! But woah id love to get 3mbps on a game for an hour or two! That would be something special. I dont know what id do about my music tho :(

I reckon it's harsh, I wouldn't want it enforced. I'm not a heavy downloader by any means, but when I'm on the net, I don't want to worry about the bill!

You may even pay less DB, like me but i do agree as long as they push up the price on the really big user rather than someone who down loads the odd music here and there and users it to chat.
