Ive just taken out a subscription to Interweave Crochet. There was a pattern I particularly liked in the winter 2007 issue and I dont know if I will receive this, as the acknowledgement says "your subscription will begin with the next issue printed. Delivery times will vary depending on where we are in our printing schedule."

When you started your subscription, did you receive the current issue or was there a delay?

Does anyone have a copy of the Winter 2007 Crochet in case I dont get it? BTW the pattern isnt listed as one of the free ones you can download, but I wondered if they put them all on eventually.

The wool baa stocks Interweave Crochet and Interweave Knits - you should find it there.

I have had Interweave Subs in the past. They have always been prompt and no great delay. I think I always started with the next subscription. You can always get a back edition from their web page which I have done. No problems with that either.

Did you get your subsciption from Interweave direct, Peakwool? Because if you did that's completely the opposite experience from mine, every issue was late, and one never arrived at all, I had to chase them up for it and didn't even get an apology. At the same time I got loads of mail from them asking me to renew my subscription. Oddly enough I've not bothered.

Rant over. ;)

I can sympathise with you there knitbird. This mirrors my experience with interweave too. I just get mine from GK now once I know it's out.

Nope. It hasn't been out in the UK for long - haven't got mine yet! I will save you one if you want.

Thank you Jill. Please do save me one (Winter). I must try and get up there. I have a couple of visits to the childrens hospital to make so I might combine the trip.

Unfortunately, we have completed all mailing of the Winter 07 issue to our oversea subscribers. Therefore, your subscription will begin with the Spring 08 issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank You,

I don't subscribe to it but I did have a copy sent to me as part of a swap I was in, it had some nice patterns and articles but tons of advertising.
