This has just been posted on Sheffield Bikers, anyone have any info.

....there was a 4x4 with a bike (round headlamp and dark coloured was her description) half under the rear of it on Ecclesall road heading towards town just above Gilders VW at Banner Cross. Around 8-830. Ambulance and police present. Not much damage to bike, no debris on road. Hope everyone is ok.

Fingers crossed all are ok, roads are really slippy at moment.

This is probably the same incident referred to on Radio Sheff's traffic news this morning at around 8.40am which ended with a "just-in" report of an accident on Ecclesall Road by Gilders.

I drove past the accident just after it happened. Everyone seemed to be ok, no ammbulance, just police taking information.
