Hi, I'm wanting to use a cyrillic keyboard (logitech) with my laptop - I have a cable to connect the two but I am not sure how to override the built in keyboard and use the other one

any advice would be appreciated!
thanks

You'll need to make sure the correct keyboard language is set (on XP this is control panel -> regional and language options) but once that's done it should just be plug in and type.

Hope that helps,

I think that you will find that both keyboards with work at the same time.
Good Luck with St. Cyril !

thanks, have tried that but i keep getting a message saying that the keyboard is not recognised as a usb device
have managed to set the inbuilt keyboard to cyrillic, but obviously as the letters are english on the keys, there is not really much point in this

any other suggestions?

install a driver that came with it, if there isent one have a look on the logitech site, if there isent one there you may aswell throw it out the window...
