Anyone know of any way to get involved in something theatrical.
Plays.
Musicals.
Anything really?

It's part of my Ambitions list for the year so i'd really appreciate any help. :)

You can in touch with ourselves at The Lantern Theatre. www.lanterntheatre.org.uk We're an amateur theatre group (with our own theatre) and we've got a few plays, one act festivals and other stuff going on this year. It might be of some interest to you.

Cheers

There are quite a few amateur theatre groups, my friend's involved with a couple so will try and see if i can get some information for you. One is currently putting a show on in the drama studio near the university. They run until saturday so might be worth popping up one day to see them. I know they normally have information regarding joining them in the programme etc.

You could also try the Manor Operatic Society - they usually put on a sell-out pantomime at the City Hall over Christmas.
