Can anyone tell me what the flats are like on here, does anyone know if they have been modernised or are due for modernisation soon? And what is that part of Batemoor like?

I think that's where my uncle lives - are they maisonette like flats? If it's the same ones, as far as I'm aware there has been no Sheffield Homes modernisation.

There not amazing flats, you sometimes get kids hanging about in the stairs but the areas quite nice.

The pic looks like some flats, just ground, 1 and 2. Not maisonettes.
Does anyone know if these places hve much storage because one of my problems is that their is absolutely no storage in the flat I am in now, (except kitchen cupboards), with the exception of one cupboard. Can anyone tell me more about the flats?

You'll get a small hallway that leads into your living room, you'll have a kitchen to your left, then theres a door which will lead to (left) bathroom and toliet, straight foward would be the main bedroom and then to the right would be the box room...which isnt that small at all

thought whitethornes view was maisonettes appart from underneath near the stair the odd few bedsits. the only flats on batemoor are on batemoor road on the same side as the ambulance station. unless your on about the ones faceing the batemoor pub on one side and jordanthorpe on the other .that could be white thornes view so you may be right . i lived on whitethornes close the road after the batemoor .
