hi thanks for looking. ive got and after putting an harddrive (ata)in a caddy so i can take it to other places.but i dont know which type to go for or what, price and where?

depends on its purpose,,, how much info does it need to store..???

i have a 3gb and a 40gb laptop hd,, this is ideal for transfering etc......

Are you just needing an external drive ? there are lots of cheap ones out there try ebuyer or similar places,they are usb connected and can be plugged into just about any other pc or laptop,i have 3,2 for back up and 1 500gb to backup the backup:roll:

You have a SATA drive and you want a caddy recommendation? Or you just want a recommendation for an external drive?
