Hello!
I have inherited from my mother an old silver teapot that needs some repairing. As I live in Madrid and the teapot is from Sheffield (the name Shaw & fisher is marked underneath) I was wondering if someone could help me find where I could have it repaired. I have looked in the Internet and it seems that Shaw & Fisher does no longer exist.
I'd be very grateful with any help.

If your teapot is made of Sheffield plate which is a silver layer placed over other metals I think the repair will be very specialized, but you are looking in the right place as this process was invented in Sheffield and there are still many small workshops around. Try these people :
