Hi Louise, I live relatively near to you and I have just taken my car up to Coal Aston the Garage behind the petrol station/Supermarket. It is called Sheaf Motors and their number is 01246414753. I rang last Wednesday and they did it for me on Saturday. They are very good and usually fit you in.

I'm rapdily coming around to the idea that the best places to take it are the ones that just do the tests and don't do repairs. Less incentive for them to fail you.

I've had two different cars pass first time when taking them to Top Tread Tyres on St Marys Road in town so I trust them not to charge me for unnecessary work. Bit far from you though!

its not that far from me, and one of my mates have told me about top tread, but i dont know much about the garage

we take our to one on the old asda industrial estate at handsworth there open 24 hours a day and are really good they never rip you off because they dont do repairs its good because you can take it and fit it in round work times even at night or in middle of night

Umm..have you tryed wagon and horses (Think its called that..) near the morrisons? I'd recommend there.

I'll second that! me n my dad have used them many times. I used them just before xmas and passed 1st time.
