still getting it - however if I log out and view it as a guest - they open up - obviously something amiss with my login - problem a mod problem again...wonder which one this time..

I'm not gettining either of your problems, everything is working fine.
Saxon51 are you using a content filter, or logging on from an educational establishment or something?

have you messed up your cookies, try clearing your browser cash [temp internet files] and logging in with your username and password again.

Yes, its my home firewall. Funny thing is, it only picks up on the word when it is spelt wrong as in this case.....not on other threads where it is spelt correctly eg. PAED.............

nope - thats what I thought - tried pinging the forum and its very slow - 90m/s average round trip - yet everything else is the normal 18 - 20 m/s - could be a dns problem - but its strange its only this site and only since this afternoon - perhaps I rubbed someone up the wrong way <g>

My pings to forum are between 91 - 100 ms
and my connection works fine. Maybe that's the normal speed.
Don't know if it makes much difference, but I'm Blueyonder 1mb connection

yep pinging at about 89ms here. Seems normal, not noticed anything untoward.

Mine must be on a go slow today 97ms average ping time :(. Still working fine though :thumbsup:
