How many of you Forumers can type 'properly' Do you plod along with two fingers like me :blush: or can you 'touch type' like Mrs Draggletail? :mrgreen: If you do type with two fingers, are you pretty damn fast? :hihi:

Good eh? slinky 14-02-2005, 17:48 I can touch type but not when I'm being watched for some reason, so people don't believe me when I say I can.... :D muddycoffee 14-02-2005, 18:06 When I was younger at school and college, I did a couple of short touch typing courses, but as an Engineer, most of the typing I had to do at college was just numbers, and certainly not words, so I never kept it up properly, bear in mind that this was long before PCs and usable word processing packages. And I did lots of programming and stuff. However I retain a loose typing style which is very fast and uses most of my fingers and my rh thumb for the space bar. *Twinkle* 14-02-2005, 18:06 A few fingers, mainly my thumbs and my index fingers. You can imagine how people were amazed that a kid could type at 'full speed' without looking. I used to be able to type faster than my secretary (when I had one) - but she didn't do all the typo errors that I did.
