Everything in hotmail has vanished even the junk mail.

The only thing I've experienced like this is the sweeping of unopened mail into the trash file after it not being opened for a long period of time.

I think they do this if you don't sign in for a certain length of time, 30days or 3 months or something. But you would probably know about it because they tell you that your account has been deactivated? That's what happened to mine anyway, and everything was gone. But if you sign in regularly I can't imagne what has happened.

Even the folders are empty, So I'm keeping my figers crossed that everything reappears
I use the free hotmail.

Can't you contact them and see if it can be restored from backup?

Got it back, Think I re-signed in as beccyaa said. !!!
Anyway I closed everything down and started again.
