I want to organize my small business so I am looking for an affordable PBX system that I can communicate to each and every employee and save my lots of time and money. Does anyone have any idea that which one is the best and where should I go for purchase? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

how small are you talking about ?

I've got a BT Synergy 3505 DECT phone system, it lets me use it as an intercom, transfer calls from one handset to another set up conference with all handsets and works as a phone and answerphone too, I think it will support around 8 handsets

only one call in or out at a time though but for small companies with 2-4 people in it works fine

for bigger groups you'll need a proper pbx solution I'd suggest having a look at Tamms Direct http://www.tammsdirect.com/ I've had stuff off them and they've been ok
