The old biscuit trick eh!? . .lol, I've tried that but it doesn't seem to work on mine. I was once told that Sugar Puffs work well - as they are the same shape but don't know whether I dare??

Try putting a little dab of philadelphia cheese on the biccy, have a sewing needle ready and when the head come out, stick the needle sraight through the eye, and it can't go back in. Works for me ..very satisfying.

Once you've got it though Muddy, do you tend to dunk it or leave it in the fridge for a few hours to chill?:confused:

No fridge is bad,
more than a few minutes in fridge it will dry up. Too hot and will start to weep. Best keep it in a clean tea towel under your pillow.

Wow! you know all the best ways - The tea-towel method was only known to a handful of experts! The thing with this one is though, I don't think it's old enough to be wrapped in the towel yet. Don't you have to spin dry it first?

Well you can spin dry it if you have plucked all the feathers off. But if still feathered, 2 seconds in microwave might do, but I haven't tried that it's just a suggestion. And might not work.

Hmmm - I was thinking more - spin dry, fridge for a few hours, dunk in a bowl of soapy liquid and stand for 11 minutes as it says in the guidebook.

Dead wrong, it has to go in the microwave for 15 seconds, turn do another 10 seconds, let sit for 1 hour.
