How do you put in a link, but change the name of the link?

Jabberwocky has done it on the last page of the`Great snow thread` summat about a picture of his daughter. Ta muchly.

Type something like this when you're writing your post:

text you'd like to be the link (http://pageyouwanttolinkto.com)

That should sort it.
